Painting????

Yes I'm still painting. Progress however is painfully slow. The way watcher has significantly more detail that need to be painted. I've finished the 2nd layer of skin tone and theres still a heap more to paint. After finishing the spellsinger, I've taken a bit of a "break" and been out of the house in skating and basking in the sunshine. So much so my skin is now peeling (not so cool). I just finished another 30 min sessions highlighting the skin and applying a flesh wash. If I have more time, I'll try to take more photos.

I've also neglected my marine army slightly, so if I get this done I hope to be painting more red. Anyway I've received news that conflict is coming again and I hope to enter as soon as I get back to Melbourne. Not long now, (9 more days!!!!). I've got a decent Orc army up and running, so now I just need to finish more marines.

I reckon once I get back I'm pretty much going to be full swing with uni and my sport, so painting will take a slight back seat, I'll try to paint a little this year but knowing how assignments and work just keeps coming in I think I'm going to be pretty strapped for time. We'll see how it goes I guess. Hopefully this blog will help with the motivation.
